Overview

These terms govern your use of GoCravo — a Dubai-based platform that connects you directly with independent restaurants for delivery and pickup. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What GoCravo is (and isn't)

GoCravo is a discovery and ordering platform. We show you restaurants, help you place an order, and pass that order straight to the restaurant. We are not the restaurant, the delivery provider, or the payment processor for your order — each restaurant on GoCravo fulfils, delivers (or hands off for pickup), and collects payment for its own orders directly.

Food quality, delivery, and payment are the restaurant's responsibility

The restaurant you order from is solely responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, and preparation of the food; for fulfilling delivery or having it ready for pickup within the time it commits to; and for collecting payment from you (cash, card, or whatever method it offers) at the time of delivery or pickup. GoCravo does not prepare, inspect, deliver, or take payment for any order — we are not liable for a restaurant's food quality, a late or missed delivery, an incorrect order, or a payment dispute with the restaurant. If something goes wrong with your order, your restaurant is who's responsible for making it right; GoCravo can help you get in touch with them if needed.

Your details are shared with the restaurant you order from

When you place an order, we pass your name, contact number, delivery address, and order details to the restaurant fulfilling it — this is necessary for them to prepare, contact you about, and deliver or hand off your order. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and share.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping the phone number or email tied to your account accurate and secure, and for anything that happens under your account once you're signed in. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Placing an order

An order is a request to the restaurant, not a guarantee — a restaurant may decline an order (for example, if it's closed, out of stock, or outside its delivery area), in which case you won't be charged by them. Prices, availability, and delivery estimates are set by each restaurant and can change.

Cancellations and refunds

Since payment goes directly to the restaurant, cancellations and refunds are handled by the restaurant according to its own policy. GoCravo can pass along a cancellation request on your behalf, but the restaurant makes the final call once they've started preparing your order.

Reviews

If you leave a review, it should reflect your honest experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as GoCravo grows. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do — continuing to use GoCravo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
