Overview

GoCravo is a Dubai-based food ordering platform that connects you directly with independent restaurants. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal data for third parties' independent use.

Information we collect

To run the service, we collect your email address (used to sign you in and verify your identity), delivery addresses, order history, and the restaurants and dishes you browse. When you use the app or website, we also collect device information, browser data, and IP addresses. We ask for location access when you set a delivery address, and for camera or photo access only if you choose to upload an image (for example, as a restaurant updating a menu photo).

How we use your information

Your information supports core functions: creating your account, placing and tracking orders, and connecting you with the restaurant fulfilling your order. We use your order history, saved addresses, and browsing activity to personalise which restaurants and dishes we show you.

How we share information

Your name, contact details, and delivery address are shared with the restaurant you order from, so they can prepare and fulfil your order — GoCravo does not act as an intermediary for payment or delivery logistics. Trusted third-party service providers (such as analytics and infrastructure providers) may process data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. We may share aggregated, non-identifiable insights with restaurant partners to help them understand demand — never identifiable data for independent marketing without your consent.

Your rights and choices

You can delete your account, review or update your saved addresses, and opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at arun@therightmoment.me.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your data within 90 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
